Dino Dedić is the CEO of Air Q Limited, a UAE-born aerospace company headquartered in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. Air Q was founded by Dino Dedić and CTO Igor Pongrac with a clear mission: to design and build advanced UAV systems in the UAE, from the ground up, with a strong focus on real operational needs in harsh desert conditions. Under his leadership, Air Q has scaled rapidly from a small early team into a growing organization of engineers and technicians working across design, production, and testing. Dino is known for a practical, execution-driven approach that prioritizes engineering quality, clarity of vision, and building capability in-house. His work centers on accelerating the UAE’s unmanned aviation ecosystem through locally developed platforms and continuous innovation in modular aircraft design and autonomous systems.
