With a master degree in Aeronautical Engineering, from the Polytechnic of Milan, and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Lucas has been involved in the aeronaut cal world since young, then professionally and as a competetion sailplane pilot. The first light aircra7 he designed was built before he graduated at the university. His background ranges from airplane manufacturing companies, where he dealt with plaMorm design, aerodynamics, flight mechanics and simulation, to top level motorsport (Formula 1, Indy Racing, Moto GP), electronics, scientific so7ware and several other hi-tech fields, like medical devices, blockchain and food-agri-tech, in technical and managerial roles. In the past years he has focused on the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), offering a wide spectrum analysis of the sector, ranging from technical to commercial, operational and regulatory aspects, becoming one of the worldwide advocates of a mature AAM deployment. He has accumulated a wide cross-industry experience in the forefront of technology that allows him to push the technology boundaries, exploring synergies and cross-fertilization on among different sectors. Along his career he has been co-founder in several startups and has gained a valuable contacts network in several business sectors.
